• Names, contact information, payment information, and addresses are all protected under the R.A 10173 DATA PRIVACY ACT OF 2012 and will remain confidential between the buyer and seller.2. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF ALL ORDER DEADLINES AND PAYMENT DEADLINES.
• 70% down payment is collected upon submission of your order form, while balance, shipping fee, and packaging fee are due when the product is in transit to by Studio Eight. We will be notifying you as soon as this happens, along with the dates for balance payment. Please be responsible and prompt with payment.
• There will be a three day period for the payment of your balance, packaging fee, and shipping fee (for those who opted for non-same day delivery options as well as concert pick-up). Failure to complete your payment within the dates given would result in automatic cancellation of your order. See terms for cancellations.3. NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
• In order to avoid bogus buyers and joy reservers, your down payment will be forfeited and used as a “cancellation fee” should you wish to cancel or fail to pay your balance, shipping, and packaging fee during the allotted time period.4. IN ORDER TO HAVE COMPLETE TRANSPARENCY THROUGHOUT YOUR ORDER PROCESS, BY STUDIO EIGHT WILL BE PROVIDING UPDATES.
• A public masterlist with the status of each order from the submission of the downpayment up to the completion of your order will be made available through our public masterlist which will be emailed to you.

• As stated, by Studio Eight will send updates all throughout your order process, including packaging and shipping.
